A step-by-step guide to CPC’s prep management procedure

You schedule a colonoscopy

We send a practice-branded appointment confirmation via email or mail, which instructs patients to order their prep materials online, or by calling our toll-free number.

We answer prep-related questions, with a guaranteed call-back time of 30 minutes or less.

We alert your office if, seven days before the procedure, your patient has still not ordered his prep kit.

We continually nurture and educate your patients with calls and/or email reminders.

Your patient arrives for their procedure as scheduled, and in compliance with your prep regimen.

Five days after the procedure, we send the patient a 'Thank you' email and satisfaction survey.
